Exploring

My primary means of entertainment has so far consisted of exploring and Animal Crossing. It gets really hot in the summer here, so I've been trying to find cooler places to walk around and explore... it'll soon get even too hot for shady areas though, so gotta enjoy it all while it lasts. 

Found an odd structure/building, in the last photo... looked like something out of a Ghibli movie. 

Deco

A few summers ago I really got into decoden. Today I found some of my old supplies and used what I had left over to decorate some of my jars, which I have many of.

This one isn't decorated, but this is still one of my favorite jars... those are real teeth, I have others with dried flowers, beetles, etc. 

Decoden is pretty simple to do, as long as you have the right supplies!

Ernesto Neto

Yesterday my friend and I visited the Nasher to see Ernesto Neto's new exhibit, involving a knitted installation you can crawl around in... Also visited the DMA and the Trammel Crow as well. 

These were apart of another exhibit at the Nasher that was really neat... I may upload more pictures later 'er somethin'

Kazy's

Tomorrow is my last day of highschool, and wednesday I graduate. As usual, spent all my money on sweets because that's all I enjoy anymore. My friends and I went to Kazy's, a hole in the wall Asian marketplace.

Dress

Today is prom...mrmgrgm.
I got this dress from Free People, it's really sheer though... bah. My strap is also hanging out. mmm
My date is a really cute girl. I didn't get her a corsage, though.. I have a strawberry soda to give her. That oughta do it

Dollhouse

This is one of my most prized possession, a dollhouse made by my grandmother. She built it for me on my birthday, and it's something I've always wanted... She's a nice lady
